Lucky ‘Silver’ Sixpences
A lucky sixpence is a simple, traditional way to send someone good luck wishes and to let them know you’re thinking of them.
Slim and light, our lucky sixpences can be kept in a wallet or purse, and our Christmas themes can be hung on your tree year after year.
Designs are tailored for every event or occasion ~ birthdays, good luck, graduation, new baby, grandparents, driving test, First Communion, Weddings…in fact, any reason to acknowledge a special time or event in someone’s life.
Most of our sixpences can be personalised to add that extra-special touch and you are sure to delight the recipient with a meaningful wee gift that can be kept as a special memento…perhaps the little girl receiving a lucky sixpence as a baby will one day place it in her shoe for her Wedding, following the age-old tradition.

Our range of lucky sixpences contains genuine pre-circulated coins, with an image of either Queen Elizabeth II (QE2) or King George VI, on the obverse, dating randomly from 1947 up to 1967 (the year these coins were last minted in UK).
The coins are cleaned and polished to a sparkling shiny finish and enclosed in a 2 x 2 inch coin card. Once printed, they are then mounted on a branded backing card with a history of the sixpence coin printed on the reverse. Packaged in a PLA-2 (bio-degradable, eco-friendly, vegetable based) clear sleeve, ready for gifting.
(Pre-circulated 1947-1967 coins are made of cupro-nickel, so the term ‘silver’ is for association/descriptive purposes only)
